No.129 of 2022 on the file of the IV Metropolitan Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad. 2- Heard Ms.Tanushree Bose, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.v.Seetharama Avadhani, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Mr.Jithender Rao veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1-State. 2 Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that 3. during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled l-he disputes pending between them entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have filed I.A.No.2 of 2025 seeking permission to record the compromlse.

This Court uid"e order, dated 18.L2.2025, directed the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to appear before the High court Legal Services committee, Hyderabad, on 22.12.2025- In 'of the said order, the Secretary, High court Legal compliance Services committee, has submitted report, dated 20.12-2025, stating that the petitioners and respondent No.2 were duly idbntilied with copies of their Ahilhar: cards. It is further stated that the parties have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise. In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise
