Accordingly, the parties have filed I.A.No.2 of 2025 seeking permission to record the compromlse.

This Court uid"e order, dated 18.L2.2025, directed the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to appear before the High court Legal Services committee, Hyderabad, on 22.12.2025- In 'of the said order, the Secretary, High court Legal compliance Services committee, has submitted report, dated 20.12-2025, stating that the petitioners and respondent No.2 were duly idbntilied with copies of their Ahilhar: cards. It is further stated that the parties have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise. In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise

5. entered between the petitioners and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.No.2 of 2o25 is allowed. Consequently, the proceedings in D.v.c.
