Learncd counsel for thc petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the present Crimir-ral Petition, at the instance of the rnrell wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settlcd the disputes pending between them and entcred into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, lhe parties have filed I.A.Nos. 1 ancl 2 of 2025 seeking permission to compound the offence and to record the compromise respectively.

This Court uide ordcr, dated 18.12.2O2r, ciircctccl the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent No.2, to appear belore the t{igh Court Legal Services Committcc, Hyclcr.rbad, on or before 22.122025. In compliance of the said order, thc SecreLary, Higlt Court Legal Seruices Committee, has submitted report, dated 22.12.2025, stating that the pelitioners and responder-rt No.2 s'ere duly idcntificd with copies of their Aadhar Cards. It is further stated that the parties have willfully and without any coercion e ntered into compromise.

In view of the said report and also in vicw of thc compromise entered between the petitioners and respondcnt No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings in C.C. No. 1619 of 2024 on the file of the XI Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate at Secunderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioners. ,)

It is submitted that, ln view of the amicable settlement rea: ed outside the court between ttre partles to thls Joint Memo as per the advice of elders t: lead peaceful life and as a part of compromlse, the 2d Respondent/Defacto-complainant hr: ein have now decided to with draw the case filed by htm tn c,c.No.l6l9 of 2o24 on the .i e of Honble xI Addt. chhf Meropolitan Magiskate at secunderabad against the euash pe t tioners/Accused No. 1 to 3 by filing approprlate Petitions before this Hon,ble Court. 4' It is further submitted that, ln view of the above-mentioned co r oromise, both parties to thls Joint Memo have no grievance against each other and i; such both parties decided to close the Case, therefore the 2E Respondent/Defacto-Compla inant have di:ci'ded to withdraw and close the case in c..c":No.1619 oi,f 2oz4 on the file of Hon'ble xI Addl. Chief Judicial Magistrate at secuhddrabarl, by filing this Joint Memo in the pending Quash Petition. Therefore, this Hon'ble cout may record the compromise in the interest of Justice by allowing the above quash petition.

In view of the above-mentioned reasons and the compromise entered between the parties to this joint memo, both the parties would co-operate for the closure of the above- mentioned case in c.c.No.1619 of 2oD4 on the file of Hon'bte XI Addl. chief Judicial Magistrate at Secunderabad. It is therefore prayed that this Hon'ble court may be pleased to record th6 terms of compromise in C.C.No.1619 of 2024 on the file of Hon,ble Xi Addl.
