That being the case, learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that contrary to the said proceedings in respect of Sy.No.322/6a, land to a11 extent of Ac.O.13 guntas u,as incorporated in the revenue records and issued pattedar passbook vide E-pass Book No.T05O9O02 115g in Khata No.60528, and rest of the land to an extent of Ac.O.24 gutnas situared in Sy.No.33O /sl/2/e was not yet incorporated in the revenue records. Accordingly, the petitioner had made a necessary online application on 14.06.2022 and again on 20.O2.2023. Since no action has been taken b_y the respondent authorities, on 16. ll.2O2S, the petitioner made a representation to respondent Nos.2 to 4 for mutation and adding the Sy.No.33O/ee1/2/e in E-Pass Book No.TOSOSOO2 1158 in Khata No.60528. Since, no action has been taken by respondent Nos.2 to 4, present n,rit petition has been filed by the petitioner. Hence, he would seek to pass appropriate orders.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the case of the petition& Qould be considered in due course of time, by 4 following tl-re procedure established und: .
