2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, Ms.Snehitha, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment. Perused the record. i 2

Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the lletitioner is the successor of the original Protected" Tenancy Holder, to whom a Protected Tenant certificate was ssued upon verification of Protected Tenant register. He ,w'ould further submit that while porting the Revenue records to Dharani portal, the land. of the petitioner, in the pattedar passb<>oks, is mentioned as Lavani patta in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.l.37 gutnas in Sy.N<r. lO4l22, situated at Babapur Village of Pargi Mandal, Vikarabad District. Therefore, a necessary application has been made undr:r the Telangana Bhu Bharathi PortaI uide appli,:ation No.25O008397O. dated 25.07.2025 for correction of land nature from Lavani patta to 38-E patta. 'Learrred counsel for the petitioner would rely upon the order passed in W.P.No.B393 of 2024, where this Court, uide'ts order dated O2.O4.2024,' directed respondent No.3 therein to consicler the online application submitted by the petiti,rner therein. Hence, he would seek to pass appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Assignment by furnishing a copy of instructions issued by R. t ( c', 3 the Tahsildar - respondent No.S would submit that the petitioner is a descendant of 3B-E holder Sri Galigudem Mogulaiah and his land is purely patta in nature, but it was wrongly recorded as Lavani Patta in Revenue records, and there is no Government interest over the subject land. Thus, respondent Nos.4 and 5 have recommended to approve the application of the petitioner and forwarded it to the District Collector - respondent No.2 for taking further necessary action. Hence, she would seek to pass appropriate orders.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned Assistant Governfnent Pleader for Assignment and upon careful perusal of material placed before this Court, since the apptication No.2500083970, dated 25.o7.2025 of the petitioner is stated to have been pending before respondent No.2, this court deems it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to examine the application of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of thirty (3o) working days from the date of receipt of a coPY of this order. 4 (a
