No.36 of 2024 on tl:.e file of the XIII Additional Judicial Magisirate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District at Rajendranagar.
2. Heard Mr.G.Sanjeeva Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.Mahesh Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.2, and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No. I -State.
3. karned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well 2 wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputes pending between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have hled I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 seeking permission to compound the offences and to record the compromise respectively.

This Court uide order, dated 18.12.2025, directed the parties i.e., the petitioner and respondent No.2, to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on or before 22.12.2025. In compliance of the said orders, the Secretary, High Court tegal Services Committee, has submitted report, dated, 22.12.2O25, stating that the petitioner and respondent No.2 were duly identified with copies of thcir Aadhar Cards. It is further stated that the parties have wiltfully and without any coercion entered into compromise.

In vicu, of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings in C.C. No.36 ol 2024 on the I'ile of the Xltl Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Ranga Reddy District at Rajendranagar, are hereby quashed against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 1O,OOO/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the High Court J l,egal Services Committee, Hyderabad, and Rs.S,OOO/ - (Rupees five thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates' Association, Hyderabad, by the petitioner, on or before 09.01.2026.
