The limited relief as prayed for in the present writ petition is a direction to the respondents to consider the grievance of the petitioner, as put forth in the petitioner's written representation dated 09.12.2025, pertaining to the release of outstanding dues arnounting to Rs.27,29,19,800/- payable to the petitioner's Engineering College towards tuition fee reimbursement for the period from 2016-2017 to 2024-2025.

5. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the respondents may be directed to consider the grievance of the petitioner, as put forth vide petitioner's representation dated

09.12.2025, in accordance to law, within a reasonable period.

6. Learned Assistant Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents does not dispute the said submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.
