Learned counsel appearing lor the pet i ioncr woulci sllbmit that the petitioner herein has purcl-r r sed a housc bearing No.6 a5/ 103, admeasuring 239 s( .yards (200 sq.,\'ards ir-r plot No.103 and 39 sq.yards in p[ ,t No. l l4) in S-.No.49, situated at Yadamma Nagar, Damr raiguda, Olrl Ahial Village, Alwal Municipality, Ranga Redcl. District from Mr.B.Srininvas, through a registered sale r leed bearing document No. 31BB/2OO0, dated 20.10.2000. f ubsequently, tl-re petitioner found 2OO sq.yards of Iand out of 239 sq.yards purchased by her to be a Government Por: mbol<c Land sitr-rated at Sv-No.377. Immediately, the petitic r rer submitted Pagc 3 ol-5 an application to respondent No.3 to regularize 200 sq.yards of land under G.O.Ms.No.59, Revenue (Assn-l) Department dated 13.12.2O14 r l.ur, G.O.Ms.No. 12 Revenue (Assn-l) Department dated 3O.01.20 15. Respondent No.3 considered the application of the petitioner in file No.B/3221 l20 I5 and afler collecting the necessary charges executed a Deed of Conveyance uide document No.3l93/2016, dated Ol.O7 .2016 in favour of the petitioncr to an extcnt of 20O sq.vards 1n S-v.'.No.278, situated at Yadamma Nagzrr, Malkajgiri Village and Mandal, Ranga Reddy District.
4. However, there was a mistake occurred in respect of survey number. The actual survey number rs 377 but llot 278 as mentioned in the Conveyance Deed s'ith r-cgard to the name of the village, instead of Al'"val Village, the Conveyar-rce Deed mentioned Malkajgiri Village and Mandal. The petitioner immediately approached respondent No.3 in July, 20 I B itself ald requested respondent No.3 to execute a Rcctification Deed. In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances oi. the case and upon perusing the material available on record, this writ petition is disposed of, directing thc responclent authorities to consider the case of the petitioner and l)ass appropriate orders in accordance with larrr. If the respond ellt-authorities are not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, they shall pass an order assigning specific rezlsons and communicate copy o[ the sard orcier to the petitioner.
