2. Heard Sri A.Gangadhar, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Ms.T.Swetcha, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, for the respondents and perused the record.

3. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner herein is the exclusive owner and possessor of land to an extent of. Ac.O.275O guntas in Sy.No. l9l A, situated at Mallapur Village of Thimmapur Mandal, Karimnagar District, which was devolved from his a ancestors and got the same through Virasath and subsequently, the Tahsildar, Thimmapur/respondent No.4 Page 3 of5 after due enquiry during the period of digitalization of the revenue records in Dharani Portal had issued 1-B certificate, in that 1-B Namuna uide serial No.1 mentioned as Sy.No. 19 / A to an extent of Ac.O.13 . guntas instead of Ac.O.275O guntas and some extent of land was missing. For correction and rectification of the missing extent in the revenue records, the petitioner submitted an application to respondent No.4. [n response, respondent No.4 issued a Memo ulde No.C 147912022, dated 2O.1O.2O22 stating that no record was available with them and advised the petitioner to file a proper application in Bhu Bharati Portal to redress the grievance of missing extent. Subsequently, the petitioner submitted an application uide Application No.25OO144660, dated 28.1O.2025. Despite receiving the same, the respondent-authorities have not acted'upon it. Hence, the present writ petition. a

While opposing the same, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the petitioner has not enclosed the pattedar passbook and other Page 4 of5 relevant documents to his apptication to demonstrate his title. Unless the petitioner demonstrates his title, the question of taking further action does not arise. Hence, seeks to pass approPriate orders.

5. tn the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and upon perusing the material available on record, this Writ Petition is disposed of, directing the respondent- authorit.ies to communicate the decision taken on the application submitted by the petitioner dated 28.10.2025 and if required elicit necessary information by facilitating the petitioner to submit relevant information pertaining to the pattedar passbook and upon receiving of the required information from the petitioner, the respondent-authorities shall consider the same and pass appropriate orders, strictly in accordance with law, by putting' the petitioner and all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. They shalt pass a reasoned order, t communicate copy of the said order to the petitioner and complete the said exercise as expeditiously as possible and n -------7.1 Page 5 of5 as per the procedure laid down under law.
