3. karned counsel for the petitioner submitt: I that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the r stance of the well wishers, relatives and.elders, the parties have sc tlecl the disputes pending between them and entered into compronr se and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have liled I.A.NI,:.3 and 4 of 2025 seeking permission to compromise the matter e nd to record the compromise rcspectively.

This Court uide order, dated 17.12.2025, tl rected the parties i.e ., the petitioner and respondent No.2, to app( z r before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, o t 20.12-2025- [n compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High tl ,urt Legal Services Committee, has submitted report, dated 20. 12.202;, stating that the petitioner and respondent No.2 were duly identif ed with copies of their Aadhar Cards/Pan Card. It is further state i that the parties have willfully and without any coercion entered intr ' :ompromise. In view of the said report and also in vierv ,f the compromise 5. entered between the petitioner and respondent ll .2 as rve1l as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.N< s.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. 1. It is to submit that the allegation of the complaint is that on 22-tL-2025 the petitioner herein lodged a written complaint stating that during the year 2019 she studied in an Institution at Hyderabad and one Sandeep got introduced to her and they became friends and they took some photographs together, thereafter in the year 2022 she got married and at present she has one -child aged about 5 months, about one week ago the said Sandeep called her from his Phone No.B4640DOC(9, and sent whatsapp messages from Cell No.85229)O0OC(, demanding that she has to spent 3 nights with him otherwise he would morph the photographs taken during education and post the same in social t media, she further stated that on 20-11-2025 at et out 1150 hours the said Sandeep called her, but she did not ans\li :r the said call, she stated that the said Sandeep harassing her lentally stating that he wili sent the said photographs to her fami I members and calling her and sending messages to her rhone number 95505)COOC( and requested to take action ag ainst the said Sandeep. 2 It is submifted that the Respondent No.1 rer; ;tered.a case in Cr.No.650/2025, dated 22.1L.2025 against the tl:spondent No.2 herein for Offences Punishable under Section 78 (2), 75 (2), 351 (2) of BNS.
3. I submit that the intenrention of the well wis rers and elders of the both parties settled the matter amicably o rt of the court. That due to the said reasons, I came forward t I withdraw the complaint for which I have also executed an Affida' lt stating that I am ready to withdmw the above said case.

It is submitted that the matter is settled olr of the cout, I am ready to withdraw the case against the petitior ers considering all the above circumstances this Hon'ble Court mrl ' be pleased to record the compromlse in FiR No.650 of 2025, datt:r 22.11.2025 on the file of SHO PS Nirmal Town, otherwise the pe :itioner and his familli members will suffer irreparable loss.
