Having regard to the submissions made by learned counsel for the respective parties, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to release the amount to the petitioner-company in pursuance of Token No.2452084676 dated 09.02.2024, expeditiously, prelerably within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that if the payment is not made within the stipulated period, the petitioner may make a representation for payment of interest fiom the date of expiry of the said period titt the date of actual payment in accordance with Rules and the respondents shall pass appropriate orders thereon expeditiously.
