3. Learned counsel for the petitiol crs rvould submit that the petitioners are the owners anrl possessors of the subject property. He further submits hat relyrng upon the common order passed by thir'; Court ir-r W.P.No.32594 and 32604 of 2025 dated 19 I 2025, the respondent authorities Rc. No.A4 12339 l2O2a dated 28 ll-2}2: petitioners and directed them to be present ir the time of to the issued llo le survey to be conducted in respect of the sull:ct land in Sy. Nos.4, 5, 8,9, lO,4l19,4lllO,4ll11 ;rtd lIl12' total admeasuring to an extent of Ac.26.14 gts, sitr-rated at Khanamet village, since the land of the re-sl ondents is failing in the same survey numbers and ther: bre, uncler the guise of said survey, the respondents ar: intcrfering .,) EV V,J N P No.lS596 {tl 2015 and dispossess petitioners from the subject land' Against the orders passed in the above Writ Petitions' a Writ Appeal was filed and the same was also dismissed by the Division Bench of this Court'

4. At this Stage, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents submits that the petitioners have taken the notice vide Rc. No.A4 12339 12024 d'ated' 28-11-2025' and if the petitioners are having any objection while conducting the survey of the subject land, they can raise the same before the respondents and the said objections would be considered by the respondents in accordance "r'ith law'

Recording the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners as well as the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue' this Court is of the view that the petitioners were already put on notice vide notice dated 28-11-2025 and that the proposed survey is to be conducted in the presence of the petitioners as well as other third parties' Since the learnedAssistantGovernmentPleaderfairlysubmitsthat \ \ I t I I \ \/. 1 \ I] \o rS59(, ol ltt.l5 the respondent authorities shall consider the < bjections ol the petitioners, if any, at the time of corr lucting the survcv of the subject land, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of the Writ Petition ir th suitablc d irect io n s.
