Nos.30443 of 2016, 13353 of 2018, 42419 of 2orr, uide ord,ers dated t4.o2.2orr, os.or.2o23 and r8.o8.2o23 respectively, had directed the respondents to release 8oo/o of the Retirement Gratuity to the petitioners therei' in accordance with G.o.Rt.No. logr dated 22.06.2000. Therefore, learned counsel seeks similar relief in this writ petition also. 3 5' Learned Government pleader as well as rearned standing counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the respondents will consider the said request of the petitioner in accordance with G.O.Rt.No. iOgT,dated 22.06.2000.

In view of the submissions made by the rearned counsel for the respective parties and having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondents to pay retirement gratuity to the petitioner as per Rule s2 (c) of the T.s. Revised pension Rules and G.o.Rt.No-ro97, dated 22.06.2000 subject to petitioner furnishing indemnity bond to the respondents within a period of four (oa) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
