2. Heard Sri G. Damodar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L. Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for the respondents. Perused the material available on record.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Petitioner herein is claiming that she is the absolute owner ald possessor of the subject 1and. In proof of the same, she has filed copies of the latest passbook and title deeds. She has submitted F Line application bearing No.DER0225Oll79O84 dated 2O-O5-2O25 to respondent Nos.2 and 3, with a request to conduct Sub-Division survey and demarcate the subject property by fixing boundaries. Despite receiving and acknowledging the said F-Line applications, respondent Nos.2 and 3 did not act upon the same. Aggrieved by the said inaction of respondent Nos.2 and 3, the petitioner has filed the present writ petition. J EVV.J \,i , No 18549 o1 2025

4. Whereas, the learned Assistant (i rvernment Pleader lor Revenue, on instructions, would sx tbmit that respondent No.2 will consider the F-Line :t'rplications submitted by the petitioner strictly in accorc ance with 1aw.

Vide order dated 23.08.2022 in W.F.No.32785 of 2022, this Court on consideration of tht circulars issued by the Chief Commissioner of Lald Adrr nistration (CCLA) with regard to conducting sub-divis ( n survey, directed the Survey Authorities to conduct sr b division survey. The lis involved in the present writ ;etition is squarely covered by the aforesaid order.

6. ln the light of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of with the following directions: I i i) Respondent No.2 is directed to take up the F-line application bearing No.DtrRO225O1179Oa4 dated 20-05-2025 submitted by the petitLr ner for conducting sub-division survey and demarr: Ltion by frxing the boundaries of the subject prop€ rty i.e., Ac.1.04 gts in Sy. No.759/A situated at Kz ndukur Revenue village under Kothaguda Grama I w-P No.Ja54y ot luz.) \ Panchayat, Kandukur Mandal, Ranga Reddy District; ii) In case, if he is of the view that sub-division of survey numbers is required to be done and any further fees is required to be paid by the petitioner in terms of the circulars referred in the aforesaid order in W.P.No.327B5 of 2022, the same sha_ll be intimated to the petitioner and on receipt of such intimation from him, the petitioner shall pay such fees as may be required by respondent No.2; iii) On such payment of fees by the petitioner, he shall take further steps for taking up the survey as requested by the petitioner and conclude the same in accordance u,ith iaw by putting all the concerned persons on notice; and iv) The entire exercise, as directed above, shall be completed within a period of three (3) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. There shall be no order as to costs. 7 . As a sequel, the miscellaleous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed. SD/-A.
