Taking into consideration the facts and circrrr rstances of the casc and the subrnissions tnade by the respective ra(ies, without exprcssing any view on tlte merits of the case, the pet tioners/accused Nos.l to 8 arc directed to appear before the Investiga ing Officer., on tlzor+1 a scc zzr 3 or before 24.12.2025, and on such appearance, the Investigating Officer is entitled to issue notice under Section 41-A of the Cr.P.C./Section 35(3) of the BNSS and follow the guidelines issued by the Apex Court in Arnesh Kumar supra
