That the lvlanda-l Surveyor is not competent to sun"ey the District bounda5z ln view of the facts menticned above, you are advised to approach the appropriate Forum in the matter for redressal of your grievances." Learned counsel tor the petitioner further states that respondent No.4/Tahsildar has wrongly observed that the petitioner is not in possession of the property. As regards physical possession, in final decree proceedings passed in O.S.No.147 1 of 2023 before the learned IV Additional District Judge, Ranga Reddy District, the Advocate Commissioner stated. that the applicant $'as in physical possession of the property. He further states that the Tahsildar has neither examined the records nor issuecl any notice to the applicant before issuing the impugned endorsement. Aggrieved thereby, the petitioner preferred an Appeal belore respondent No.3 and no action has been taken by respondent No-3 so far' Therefore, he seeks indulgence of this Court to pass appropriate orders.

L,earned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue contends that firstly, the Tahsildar is not party to the suit vide O.S.No. 1471 of 2023- Secondly, the final decree proceedings are passed on 18.O9.2018 and thirdly, the Suit is not executed b,Y any Executing Court. Therefore. he and seeks to dismiss the Writ petition.

Having regard to the submissions of bo r the iearned counsel and on perusal of the material availat le on record, this Court rvithout making any observations or the merits or demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to ftr rnt liberty to the petitioner to file appropriate applicatior L as per the relevant provisions of the Telangana Bhu Bhar r ti (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025 (for short, .the Act, 102.5").
