No.9277 of 2022 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Nampally, Hyderabad.

2. Heard Mr.Anirudh sadhu, learned counsel for the petitioners, Mr.Ramesh Bupathi, learned counsel for respondent No.2, and Mr.JithenCer Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1-State.

Lea:ned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well t- v \ \ 2 wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputes pending between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have filed I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 seeking permission to compound the offences and to record the compromise respectively.

4. This Court uide order, dated L5.12.2O25, directed the parties i.e., the petitioners and respondent Ns.2, to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on 22.12.2025. In compliance of the said orders, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report, dated 22.12.2025, stating that the petitioners and respondent No.2 were duly identilied with copies of their Aadhar Cards. It is further stated that the parties have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise.

In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioners and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings in C.C. No.9277 of 2022 on the file of the XIII Additional Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court at Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioners.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, and Rs.S,OOO/- (Rupees five r' J thousancl only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates, Association, Hyderabrtd, by the petitioners, on or before 09.01 .2026. The Petitioners humbly submit that, the 2nd. respondent lodged a compraint got to Know that the Accused No.1 was having affairs on her maniage night. when she questioned the Accused No.l, he denied and continued his affairs with multipre people. Ihey were good for 6 months, they started to show their real side. l-he Accused No.l's mother, his brother and the Accused No.1 started torturing the Respondent No.2 for extra dowry harassing her mentally and physicaily. The Accused No.1,s brother misbehaved with her and tried to beat the De Facto Complainant and he tried to harass her sexuatty, His mother always encouraged him to leave me and do second marriage. The Accused No.1 tord the De-Facto complainant fltt'he was working as Govt emproyee cheated her and maried her..:Fufther the De_Facto Comptainant came to know that the Accused^No.l was and private emptoyee. From past two-years he is not even speaking to me despite of staying in same house. Recently the DE-Facto complainant and the Accused No.1 both shifted to Tarnaka his attitude became more worse. The Accused No.l stopped-'coming home for 2-3 days without informing me. on June Btr the De Facto complainant and the Accused No.l had a fight and he left home with all his clothes. l-rying to reach but through phones & msgs he never responded to lhem. 3. Aggrieved by the said initiation of criminal prosecution the present petition is filed'to ,quash the proceedings amounb to,," abusing the process of the couft resulting in grave injustice to the Petitioner and to secure the ends of justice.

The Petitioners respectfully submit that during the pendency of the proceedings, well-wishers of both the.parties and the elders intervened and advised the Petitioner and the 2nd respondent to settle the disputes amicably as the disputes arose due to misunderstanding and disputes between the Petitioners and 2nd respondent. Therefore,.on the advice of elders and well-wishers to settled the matter amicably. Pursuant to the same, the complainant and the Petitioners have compromised the matter both ihu pafties are agreed mutually to put an end to the misunderstanding. In view of the settlement and compromise of the matter between the pa*ies, the 2nd respondent has no interest .to continue and prosecute the criminal proceedings against the Petitioners/Accused No. 1 & 2 a?id she has no objection to quash the proceedings against the Petitioners. Therefore, the continuation of proceedings against the Petitioners are nothing abusing the process of the court. It is submitted that 2nd respondent has entered into . compromise with the Petitioners/Accused No.l & 2 on her will and consgnt. There is no coerce, forcel any undue influence and collusion. [n view of the settlement and compromise, no purpose would be served if the proceedings are continued against the Petitioners and therefore the proceedings against the Accused No.1 & 2 are liable to be quashed. In view of the circumstances, if the proceedings in C.C. No.9277 of 2O22 on the file of the Hon'ble XIII Addl. Chief Metropolitan Magistrate Court, At Nampally, Hyderabad against the Petitioner is not quashed, the Petitioners/Accused No. 1 & Z will suffer irreparable loss and injury. t.
