Petitioner/ Sole Accused Respondents COMMON ORDER: . This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.10388 of 2O2O on the file of the XII Additional Chief Judicial ' Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad. 2- Heard Mr.Pasham Mohit Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.P.Rajagopal Reddy, learned counsel for respondent No.2 and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency -of the- present Crim inal .Petitiog at^the-instance of the. xrell .L / I : ? wishers', relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputes pendinll between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the pzrrties have filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 seeking permission to compound the offences and to record the compromise respectively.

4. This Court uide order, dated 15.12.2025, directed the parties i.e., the: petitioner and respondent No.2, to appear before the High Court l,egal Services Committee, I{yderabad, on 22.12.2025. [n compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report, dated 17.12.2025, stating that the petition,:r and respondent No.2 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards/Driving license. It is further stated that the parties have willfully iind without an.y coercion entered into comprornlse.

5. In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 are allovied. Consequentlv, the proceedings in C.C. No.10388 of 2020 on the file of the XII Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed, subject to payment of costs cf Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the High Court , a J Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, and Rs.S,OOO/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, by the petitioner, on or before O9.01 .2026.
