2. Heard Mr.S.Sridhar, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned - Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent No. 1-State.

Though the crimina-l petition was hled seeking to quash the proceedings in S.C.No.1739 of 2022, the learned counsel for the petitioners restricted his prayer requesting this Court to dispense with the appearance of the petitioners/ accused Nos. 7,8,9, 1.6, 17 and 20 to 24 in S.C. No.1739 of 2022, on the hle of the I Additional Senior Civil Judge-cum-Additional Assistant Sessions Judge at Medchal Court on the ground that the case is in pre-trial stage.

4. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor has not opposed the submission made by the learned counsel for petitioners.

5. In view of the above submissions. and without expressing any opinion on ti:c meii:s of the case, the presellce of the petitioners,/ac:,isci1 ir,'cs. 7, 8, 9, t5, 17 arrd 2O to 24 il S.C. IIo. f i39 oi 2C22, on the file of the I Additional Seniot Civil. J,,-dge-cun:,li.lditional Assistant 3 Sessions Judge at Medchal Court, is disl rensed with, subject to the condition that they shall be represented through their counsel on each and every dtt e of hearing. If the presence of the petitioners is reqrrir: 1, they shaIl appear before the trial Court.
