In this writ petition, the petition is challenging the order passed by the 2.d respondent in Appeal Case No.387/E/2024, dt. 14.1 1.2025 directing the petitioner to vacate the premises in which he is in occupation, within a period of fifteen (15) days from the date of receipt of copy of the impugned order, as illegal and arbitrary.

Having gone through the material on record, this Court finds that the petitioner is admittedly the elder son of - spondents No.4 & 5 and there have been cases registerec against him. Admittedly, the properties which the petitioner is :laiming are the not the ancestral properties, but are the self acqr-i 'ed properties of respondents No.4 & 5. In such a situation, ; rtitioner cannot claim right over the properties.
