2. Heard sri Mohammed Ismail Khan, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri L.Ravinder, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Re'renue, appearing for respondent Nos.l to 4. perused the record.
3. -earned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has fik:d an application seeking corrections in the pattadar passbook and sarne have been carried out and was reflected in the Bhu Bharati Portal. Pursuant to the said corrections, petitioner has made an application vide No.2500025122 for issuance of duplicate Partadar Passbook by paying requisite fee. The Bhu Bharati portal shows that the application has been considered and passbook has been sent for printing;. But till now Pattadar Passbook has not been issued. {g8rie,'ed by the same, a detailed representation has been made to the Chief Commissioner Land Administration, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad on 24.rL.2025, seeking indulgence for issuance of the Pattadar Passbook to the petitioner. But still no action has been taken. Therefoie, the present writ petition is filed and hence, would seek to pass app,ropriate orders.

Lt:arned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue would submit tha[,fk case of the petitioner is under consideration which was J already been recommended for printing as per the Bhu Bharati Portal. The petitioner without waiting for the printed passbook has filed representation dated 24.11.2025, which is just before a couple of \ \ weeks from now. He would further submit that pattadar passbooks are printed in the State of Tamil Nadu, at Chennai and hence, the delay. At a premature stage, the petitioner has filed this writ petition and t I thus, would seek to dismiss the writ petition.

This Court after having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and upon perusal of the material on record, deems it appropriate to direct respondent No.2 to examine the case of the petitioner pursuant to the representation made by the petitioner on 24.11.2025 and take necessary action, strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of sixty (60) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. In the meantime, the said authorities shall file a report before the Registrar (Judicial) on the aspect of printing pattadar passbooks in the State of Tamil Nadu at Chennai and whether there is any authorized entity or not in the State of Telangana for printing pass books. Upon filing of such report, the Registrar (Judicial) shall place the same before this Court. 4 t',
