Learned counsel for the petitioner su1 mitted that the petitioner's mother is in possession of agricultr- r al land in Survey No. 18/AA admeasuring Ac.2-30 guntas situate 1 at Chinagudur Village, Mahabubabad District. The same was : :ing cultivated by the petitioner and his family members. It is furtt the respondent No.7 was aliotted an extent l er submitted that ' land in Survey Nos.93/4 and 94/4 admeasuring Ac.0-12 gur tas and Ac.2-28 guntas, respectively. The same was situated on 1 1e eastern side of the petitioner's agricultural 1and. It is further r; rbmitted that the respondent No.7 ald her family members are .( dging complaints against the petitioner and his father for no fault of them, alleging that the petitioner and his family members eno: oached upon the land of respondent No.7. It is further su l mitted that the compromise talks were conducted between the fat rilies of petitioner ./ /1 ) and respondent No.7 before the village elders. It is further submitted that the respondent No.6, who is father-in-law of respondent No.7, who was not present on the days of compromise, lodged a complaint against the petitioner ald his father on
28.05.2025 stating the same allegation. The respondent No.5 without enquiry and without .considering the compromise talks registered a false case. As a counter blast, the petitioner lodged a complaint before respondent No.2 on 01.08.2025 stating that the respondent No.7 arld her family members are lodging false complaints against the petitioner and his father. It is further submitted that neither the petitioner nor his family members have ever encroached upon anyone's land and had not made any such attempt at any point of time. Pursuant to the petitioner's { I complaint dated 01.08.2025, no action or an enquiry is conducted by respondent No.2. Aggrieved by the inaction of respondent No.2, the petitioner is constrained to file this writ petition seeking appropriate directions.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home submitted that the complaint lodged by the petitioner on 01.08.2025 would be 4 considered by respondent No.2 ald appropriate action would be taken strictly as per the procedure contemplated , rnder law.
5. Recording the same, the respondent No 2 is directed to consider the petitioner's complaint dated O1.)).2O25 and take appropriate action strictly in accordance with lav.
