Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that petitioner herein is the absolute owner and possessor of agricultural land in Sy.No.116/AA/AA (o1d Sy.No.1 16 I AA and Sy.No. 116 I AA4l to an extent of Acs'2' 1 1 guntas (as per the sale deed Acs.2.14 guntas but now physically Acs.2.11 guntas only), situated at Ghatpalle Village, Pudur Mandal, Vikarabad District, having purchased the same through a registered sale deed bearing document l'age 3 of 5 No. l431 of 2005, dated 26.OT.2OOS. 04.O9.2OO5 but not issued pattedar passbook (pir rani shows Khata No.251). From the date of purchased, the I etitioner is in peaceful possession and enjoyment of the subj€ rt property and eking his livelihood by doing cultivation.

For issuance of pattedar passbook, the pet tioner has approached E-Seva Centre to make ar-r online tpplication where he came to knou, that though his name is r ntered the revenue records, the subject land was not slr rwing any details in the online portal and the land of the p rtitioner is missing. For which, the petitioner filed onlin: grievance application in Bhu-Bharati portal uid.e I pplication No.2500136330, dated 07.IO.2025 to make tht. necessar5r corrections in Bhu-Bharati portal and issr_r: pattedar passbook. Despite receiving the same, the r r spondent_ authorities harze not acted upon it. Hence, the p r esent writ petit ion. Pagc .t o1 5
5. l,earned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the claim of the petitioner on the subject property is not supported, if the petitioner is seeking to enter his name in the revenue records and issue pattedar passbook, he ought to have filed an application under Ruie 5 of Bhu-Bharati Rules, 2025. In the absence of which, the missing extent does not hold any validity for further consideration and hence seeks to pass appropriate orders'

In the light of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and upon perusing the material available on record, this writ petition is disposed of, granting liberty to the petitioner to make appropriate application seeking for issuance of pattedar passbook, as per the relevant Bhu- Bharati Rules. On filing of such application, the respondent- authorities. are directed to examine the same, strictly in accordance with law, by putting the peLitioner all interested parties on notice and affording them an opportunity. If the respondent-authorities are not inclined to accept the request made by the petitioner, they shall pass a reasoned order, Page 5 of5 communicate copy of the said order to the pr,r itioner ald complete the said exercise as expeditiously as I )ssible and as per the procedure laid down under law.
