3. Learned Government Pleaders would submit that in view of order dated 06.08.2015 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in W.A.No. 10 L2 of 2Ol3 and batch, dated 06.08.20 ls the instant writ petition has to be dismissed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners did not disp'te the submissions made by the learned Government Pleaders for Transport and the Roads and Iluildings about the disposar of the w.A.No. roL2 of 20 13 and batch, which was reported in 2ols scc Online Hyd 599.
