2. Heard Mr. K.Kiran Kumar, learned c() Insel for the petitioner and Mr.L.Ravinder, learned Assistar Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. Pemsed the record.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would r; Lbmit that the petitioner has made an online Mee-Seva a1 plication uide application No.2500064690, dated 1I.07.2025 long with the representation dated 30.06.2025 under TM-33 m< dule for digital signing of survey numbers and to include the su:- ey numbers in respect of the petitioner's property in his e-passbr ok, in the Bhu Bharathi Portal and for deletion of the petitioner r properties in Sy.No. 124/29, 124/30, 126/55 and 126/ra situated at Govindpur Village, Zahrcerabad Mandal, Sangr reddy District from the prohibitory list. He would submit thal he case of the petitioner has been enquired and accordingly. 1 re Tahsildar - respondent No.5 uide proceedings Lr.No.E/Spkl ive/ 399 /2024, dated 13.07.2024, dated 13.07.2024, accepted he application 3 Iiled by the petitioner herein. But, no action has been taken on such acceptance, by respondent No.5. Since, no action has been taken by respondent No.5 and considerable time has been elapsed, he would seek indulgence of this Court to pass appropriate orders.

On the other hand, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue would submit that the case of the petitioner is under consideration and the proceedings issued by respondent No.5 would be considered in due course of time. As per the Telangana Bhu Bharathi (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2025, the Revenue Divisional Officer is the compe tent authority to consider the application submitted by the petitioner. Hence, he would seek to pass appropriate orders.

Having heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Iearned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and upon considering the material available on record, this Court is of the considered view that since the case of the petitioner has already been accepted after thorough examination, respondent No.4 is directed to examine the case of the petitioner and if it is found in accordance with law, pass appropriate orders by issuing necessary notices to the petitioner and all other interested - parties, as expeditiously as possible, within a perr rd of stxty (6O) 4 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this Ord:
