This writ petition has been filed seeking the following prayer:- "to declare the action of the Respondents more particularly the action of the Respondenf No.3 in not considering tlu Legal Notice dated 30.08.2025 and representation ,f the Petitioner dated 07.10.2025 requesting to release Lnnd Acquisition compensation as arbitrary, illegal and uiolation of Articles 1.4, 19 and 300-A of the Constitution of India and consequently direct tlu Respondent No.3 to release the Land Acquisition compensation payable to the Petitioners in Sy No.244/A, forthuith in respect of their lands acquired by the Respondenf No.3 for construction of Mamunoor Airport." \ t

Though various grounds are raised in the writ petition, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioners' restricts his prayer seeking a direction I I 2 to respond.ent authorities to consider petitioners' Legal Notice dated 1O.0B.ZO2S and representation dated 07.10.2025 and pass orders in a time bound period.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Land acquisition appearing for respondent Nos.1 to 3 submits that if the petitioners' Legal Notice dated g0.0g.2025 and representation dated 07.1,0.2025 is still pending for consideration, respondent authorities may be directed to pass appropriate orders.
5. Recording the submission made by learned counsel appearing on either side and. without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, this writ petition is disposed of directing the respondent authorities to consider petitioners' Legal Notice dated 30.08.2025 and representation dated 07.70.2025 and after giving lair opportunity of hearing to petitioners and respondent Nos.4 to 11-., respondent authorities shall Pass appropriate orders strictly in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of three (03) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioners.
