4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue contends thal the online applications dated I C.10.2020 and

15.06.2016 n'radc b,v the petitioner could not t( considered till date as the Telangana Bhu Bharathi Act, 2O2i; (lor short, "the Act,2025") has come into vogue. Therefore, he s reks a direction to the petitioner to file fresh applications in terri, of the said Act before the respondent authorities and that the same would be considered as per lanl,.

Having regard to the submissions of both the learned counsel and without making any observations on merits or demerits of the case, this Court is inclined to dispose of the Writ Petition by directing the petitioners to file fresh online applications, as per the provisions of the Act, 2025 seeking the said relief. On filing the same, respondent Nos.2 to 4 are directed to examine the same by issuing necessary notices to all the interested parties and grant opportunity of hearing and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of eight (08) weeks from the date ol receipt of such applications.
