No.3O of 2023 on the hle of the Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Rajend ranagar.
2. Heard Mr.E.Srinivasa Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Rajashekhar Reddy Mallu, leamed counsel for respondent No.2 and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No. 1 -State. 2
3. l,earned counsel lor the petitioner submitted t]rat during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputes pending between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have filed I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 seeking permission to compound the offences and to record the compromise respect ively.
4. This Court uide order, dated 15.12.2025, directed tlle parties i.e., the petitioner and respondent No.2, to appear before the High Court lrgal Services Committee, Hyderabad, oa 18.12.2025. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High Court lrgal Services Committee, has submitted report, dated 18.12.2025, stating that the petitioner and respondent No.2 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards/ Pah Card. It is further stated that the parties have willfutly and u,ithout any coercion entered into compromise.
5. In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered betwecn the petitioner and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made b1, the respective parties, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings in S.C. No.3O of 2023 on the fite o[ thc Additional Assistant Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Rajendranagar, are hereby quashed against the petitioner. J
6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 10,OOO/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the High Court kgal Services Committee, Hyderabad and Rs.S,OOO/- (Rupees hve thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, by the petitioner, on or before 31.I2.2025. 2. injured person Sama Chandrashekar Reddy was admitted in Zoi Hospital who was attacked by his own brother i.e. Petitioner herein and that on that information, LW.No.10 rushed to the Zoi hospital and recorded the statement of the injured and it is alleged that the injured revealed that he is having land at Fort View Colony and in the Plot there is a bore well and the residents of Happy Home Towers Sre facing scarcity of water and they requested the complainant agnied .J I to supply water to them from his bore well and residents of Happy Towers are using water from his bore well thmugh pipeline. It is alleged that while work is in progress, the Pipeline of his brother has broken on that he came to know from the watchman ofSaara Arcade and that his brother went to labour workers who are workino and' '/ abusing them. Due to which, the complainant went there and requested his brother stating that he will get repair trte pipeli4e why unnecessarily abusing the labour. IL is alleged that his brother abused him saying because of him his business is in loss and in-case he s.. It there he might have supplied water to entire to the residentp and. ,l c threatened that he will see the end of the complainant. It is alleged that later he was proceeding to home on the way when he reached Chowrasta of Daniel 9 Square Apartments his brother took one sickle and assaulted him due to which he sustained injuries and he was shifted to hospital. Later the Police filed,a charge sheet before the learned Magistrate and the leamed Magistrate cO-lhmitted to the matter to the Sessions Judge and the same was numfiBred as S.C.No. 30 of 2023 pending on the file of Prl. Senior.Civil Judge-cum-Assistant Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at;L:B.,.nagar and later the same was transferred to Additionat Assistpnt:Sessions Judge, Ranga Reddy District at Rajendranagar and the same is pending in the said court.

It is respectfully submits during ,6re pendency oF the proceedings, the well wishers and elders of ihe family intervened and advised Petitioner and 2nd respondent.tooetfle the disputes amicably to maintain harmony and peace in the family and if the proceedings are continued it would leads to disturb;harmony in the, family and create horrible situation. Therefore they advised the parties to amicably settle the matter as the dispute arose due to business issues with regard to supply ot water an{'they are own brothers. Pursuant to the advise and interueg$.qn; both the Petitioner and accused have decided to put an end to ever ending litigation and arrived at settlement and compromised their disputes. In pursuance of the settlement, the znd respondent/complainant agreed to withdraw the criminal case S s.,\ T> l8-- \ 24 filed against his own brother i.e. Petitioner as it was lodged.due to said business rivals. In view of the settlement and compromise, of the matter between the parties, the 2"d rpgpondent is not interested to continue and prosecute the criminal proceedings against the Petitioner/Accused and he has no objection to quash the proceedings against the Petitioner. It is submitted that the complaint lodged by the 2nd respondent is an afterthought and only It is submitted that 2d to settle the bOsiness rivals. respondent entered into compromise with the Petitioner/Accused on his own volition and Will and consent. There is no coerce, force, any undue influence and collusion.
