Learned Senior Counsel submitted that despite the order of this Court dated 01 J22025 in W P No 36744 of 2025 directing respondent No.3 not to interfere with the possession of the petitioner I 2 I-I' - *-1 therein, who is respondent No.3 herein, without fo lowing due process of law, markings have been made on the propertir:s; of the petitioners and demolition process is being undertaken.

Learned Standing Counsel for respondr:nt No.3 produced written instructions and submitted that the orders c,f this court passed in W.P.Nos.34617 of 2025, 34792 of 2O2S anc W.p No.36744 ot 2025 are strictly being folrowed. Notices have rleen issued to the petitioners. That the road-affected portions and en:roachments falling within 40 feet width Master plan road abutting the properties of the petitioners have been identified and marked b,r the Corporation. Notices have been issued from time to time directirg the petitioners to submit the ownership documents, sanctioned building plan etc.

4. However, learned Senior Counsel submitted that the petitioners have not received any notices.

5. Learned Standing Counsel for responrjent No.3 further submitted that appropriate steps wifl be taken stri:fly in accordance with the directions issued by this Court.

6. ln view of the written instructions and un<lertaking given by the learned standing counsel for respondent No.3. this writ petition is disposed of directing respondent No.3 not to Interfere with the I I f 3 petitioners' possession and not to demolish the petitioners' properties bearing H.Nos. 1 9-8-65, 286, 289, 290, 291, 292, 293, 1 35, 1 36, 1 37, 138, 141, 142, 143, 144, 148, 149, 150 & 151, H.Nos.19-8-265 to 270 (old H.Nos.32-1O2, 103 & 104) and H.No. 19-7-33, situated at Laxminagar, Godavarikhani, under Ramagundam Municipal Corporation area, Peddapally District, without following due process of law. lf notices so far not issued to the petitioners, the same shall be issued forthwith. As and when the petitioners are communicated with such notices, they shall submit their explanation, upon which the respondent authorities shall take action, in accordance with law.
