Learned counser for petitioners submits that in somewhat similar circumstances, while dealing with Writ petition No. 2O121 of 2025, this Court by order dt.l4.O7.2O2S directed the respondent authorities therein to release the. service connection subject to compliance of the statutory requirements by the petitioner therein, and hence requested this Court to pass similar order in the present Writ Petition also. 4 Recently, the Honble Supreme Court in RaJend,ra Kumar Barlafua o. U.p. A:oas Evqm Vikas Pqrisltad I , in the larger public interest, issued directions in addition to the directives issued in Re: Directions in the matter of iTemolition of strucfures.
