Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor ofHouse No.5-7-215lP- 2 4 on Plot No.4, admeasuring 325 Sq.yards or et1 ivalent to 271.7 Sq.Meters, having Ptinth area of 400 Sft., with .\ C.C., in Survey No.201/l and 2 under Ward No.5, Block No situated at in B.N.Reddy Colony, Sahebnagar Kalan Village, FIa1.i rhnagar Revenue Mandal, Ranga Reddy District ('subject property, i r brevity) which is notified under G.O.Ms.No.l 18, Revenue, (Assignment I) Department, dated 28. 1 0. 2022 for Regular ization.

2.1 Pursuant to the issuance of said G.O., the petiti rner has made an application vide No.11CL02220000193| dated 08. 2.2022, for the regularization of thc subject propefty by payrng equisite fees as specified through SBI Branch paymenr Challan d ted, 14.03.2023. D.espite the same, case of the petitioner has not becr considered and therefore, aggrieved by the same, present writ peti ion is filed and hence, would seek to pass appropriate orders.

Leamcd Assistant Government pleader for. levenue on the other hand would submit that the application filed by the petitioner is under consideration and in the due course of tine, appropriate decision will be taken on the application made by rl e petitioner and thus, would seek to pass appropriate orders. l I I I I I )

Having heard the leamed counsel for the petitioner and leamed Assistant Govemment pleader for Revenue and after perusal of the material on record, this Court is ol the view that, as the official respondents have not yet decided the application of the petitioner, respondent No.4 is directed to examine the case of the petitioner and take necessary action, strictly, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible antl pass appropriate orders, if the petitioner is found in the zone of consideration in terms of G.O.Ms.No. I 1g, dated 28.10.2022 and annexure there under, as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period ol ninety (90) working days from the date of receipt ofa copy of this order. 5' Accordingly, this writ petition is disposed of.
