In connection ivith the said incident, a criminal case was rl listered against the petitioner in Crime No.206 of 2016 or r the file of the Station Hotrse Officer, Dichpally Police Sta t cn, Nizamabad 3 District ald upon liling of the charge sheet, the sarne was taken cognizance as C.C. No.497 of 2018 on the file of the learned Special Judicial Magistrate of First Class for Trial of Offences (Prohibition ald Excise)-cum-IV Additional Junior Civil Judge, Nizarnabad. 25.01 .2023, acquitted the petitioner of the said charge. As such, the petitioner submitted a representation dated

19.11.2025 to the respondents requesting to consider his case sympathetically and permit him to rejoin duty as Operator at the 33117 KV Rampur Sub-Station, Dichpally Mandal, Nizamabad District, or at any other Sub-Station. Horvever, no action has been taken by the respondents so far. Therefore, learned counsel prays this Court to direct the respondents to consider the representation dated 19 .11.2025 submitted by the petitioner and pass appropriate orders, within a time- frame to be stipulated by this Court
