This Petition coming on for hearing, upon perusing the Memorandum of Grounds of Criminal Petition and upon hearing the arguments of Sri Bala Krishna Mandapati, Advocate for the Petitioner and the Public Prosecutor for the State of Telangana on behalf of the Respondent No.1 and of Sri Surya Balu Mahendra, Advocate for the Respondent No.2. Respondents COMMON ORDER: This Criminal Petition has becn filed by the petitioners / accused Nos. 1 to 4 seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.36 of 2025 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Shadnagar. 2- Heard Mr.Bala Krishna Mandapati, learned counsel for tl-re petitioners, Mr.Surya Balu Mahendra, learncd counsel for respondenl No.2 and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosccutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputcs .- pending between them and entered into compromise and fiied Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have filed I.A.Nos.2 and 3 of 2025 seeking permission to compound the offences and to record the compromisc respectively.
4. This Court uide order, dated 09 .12.2025, directed the parties i.e., the pctitioners and respondent No.2, to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on 16.12.2025. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committec, has submitted report, dated 12.12.2O25, stating that the petitioners and respondent No.2 were duly identifred with copies of their Aadhar Cards. It is further stated that the parties have willfully and without any cocrcion entered into compromise.
5. ln view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the pctitioners and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made b1, the respective parties, I.A.Nos.2 ar,d 3 of 2025 are allowed. Conseque ntly, the proceedings in C.C. No.36 of 2025 on the file of the .Judicial Magistrate of First Class, Shadnagar, are hereby quashed against the petitioners.
6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 10,000/ - (Rupees ten thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad and Rs.5,00O/- (Rupees five thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Advocatcs Association, Hyderabad, by the petitioners, on or belore 31.I2.2O25.
