3. Learned counsel for the petitiort rr submits that the petitioner is the successor to l.ris fatl-rcr i{ankalla Mankaiah, who is the original 1 zrttadar to the subject properties. He left behind 1-rr I sons r.c petitioner and Kanakaiah. After thr death of Mankaiah, the said property was devolvec upon the petitioner. But the respondent Nos.7 to 1( tampered the revenue records and without any int mation or \ wta" ,,' -- I i ) J t] V V.J W.l'}.No.l7i9lof 2025 without any document, got mutated the property in the name of the cousin brothers of the petitioner i.e. respondent Nos.5 and 6, ancl till the introduction of Dharani Portal, name of the petitioner's father Mankaiah was reflected in revenue records

4. Further, the narnes of the respondent Nos.S and 6, are shown in the property to the extent of Ac.5.15 gts in Sy. No. 164 without there being any right through inheritance. But at the behest of the above unofficial respondents, the official respondents have entered their names u,ithout giving any notice to the petitioner and therefore, she requested to pass appropriate orders

On the other hand, learned Assistalt Government Pleader for Rcvenue submits that in pursuance to the petitioner's application, a notice was issued by the oflicial respondent No.4 vide Notice in Rc.
