2. Heard Mr. E.Venkata Siddhartha, learned counsel for .the petitioner; Mr. Kanchani Laxmaiah, learned standing Counsel for Manikonda Municipality appearing respondents No.2 and 3; and perused the material on record.

[t is claimed that the petitioner is the owner of the subject property bearing admeasuring 730 Square yards or 610.28 Square meters in plot Nos.173ll and 17312 Part in Survey No.22, situated at Neknampur village, Manikonda Municipality, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, having purchased the same under registered sale deed bearing document No.12615 of 2025 dated 22',07.2025. It is stated that the petitioner applied for building permission for construction of individual Residential Apartment Complex consisting of I Stilt + 5 Floors in the subject property, and respondent No.2 granted building permission vide building permit order dated 24.11.2025. By virtue of the aforesaid permit order, the petitioner started construction in the subject property, but without issuing any notice, the respondents are interfering with the said construction activities.

4. Learned Standing counsel for Manikonda Municipality appearing respondents No.2 and 3 submitted that there is no interference by the respondent authorities in the construction activity undertaken by the petitioner pursuant to the building permit order dated 24.11.2025. J

Recording the said submissions, this writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner not to make any unauthonzedconstructions in deviation of the buitding permission dated 24.11.2025 in respect of Plot Nos.173l1 and 17312 Part in Survey No.22 situated at Neknampur Village, Gandipet Mandal, Ranga Reddy District. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this writ petition, stand closed. SD/. P.
