2. Heard Mr. K. Jagadishwar Reddy, leamed cc unsel for the petitioners, and Mr. Putta Krishna Reddy, leamed strr Lding counsel for Municipalities, appearing for respondent Nos.3 arr I 4.

3. It is submitted that the petitioners are residents of Pochamavada, Alair Village and Mandal, Yadadr -Bhuvanagiri District. Respondent No.5 started construction irr the property bearing H.No.9-283, Pochamavada, Alair Vittage rnd Mandal, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District, without obtaining p:'mission and without leaving any setbacks. Respondent No 5 has also encrcached public road thereby causing obstruLr tion to the petitioners and nearby residents of Bharat Na 3ar Colony. The petitioners submitted several representations rrcluding the representation dated 20.1 1.2025 to respondent No.3 r.l take action for removing unauthorized structures raised by respon lent No.5.

4. It is submitted that due to encroachment made t y respondent No.5 existing road has become narrow and residents n the colony are facing problems day in and day out. In case of any fire accident or rnedical emergency, it will be difficu t for the fire engines and ambulance to enter into the colony. .\; respondent J authorities are not acting upon their complaints, the petitioners are constrained to approach this Court.

5. Leamed standing counsel for respondent Nos'3 and 4 submitted that respondent No.3 shall consider the representation of the petitioners dated 20.11'2025, and pass orders, in accordance with law.

Recording the aforesaid submissions of the leamed standing counsel for respondent Nos.3 and 4, the writ petition is disposed of, directing respondent No.3 to forthwith act upon the representation of the petitioners dated 20-11.2025 to take action against the illegal construction undertaken by respondent No'5 in the premises bearing H.No.9-283, Pochamavada, Alair Vitlage and Mandal, Yadadri-Bhuvanagiri District, and pass orders, in accordance with law, by affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioners, respondent No.5 and all other concemed/interested persons, within a period of four (4) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Respondent No.3 is directed to forthwith stop the construction activity undertaken by respondent No'5 in the subject !-I 4 properly, if the construction made by respondent No. j is without or in deviation of the sanctioned plan.

7. As this order is passed without entering int r the merits, notice to respondent No.5 is dispensed with. If resp.r rdent No.5 is in any way aggrieved by this order, he is at liberty tr, rpproach this Court seeking modification of this order.
