With their consent, a-ll the Writ Petitions are taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, learned counsel flor the petitioners submit that the lis raised in the present Writ Petitions has already been adjudicated by the Division Bench of this Court in W.P.No.2313B of 2025, r,r,hich was disposed of uide order dated O3.Og.2025, and.thus prayed to pass similar order in the present Writ Petitions also.
