No.91 S of 2o2S on the file of the VII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First class Medchal.

2. Heard Mr.Mohammed Masood Ali, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.Syed Yousuf Faisal, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 to 4 and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1-State.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the present criminal p'etition, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives ancl elders, the parties have settled the disputes 2 pending between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have filed I.A.Nos.l and 2 of 2025 seeking permission to compound the offences and to record the compromise respectively.

4. This Court uid.e order, dated 09.12.2025, directed the parties i.e., the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 to 4, to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on 17.I2.2O25. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted report, dated L6.I2-2O25, stating that the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 to 4 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards. It is further stated that the parties have willfully and without any coercion entered into comprornise.

5. In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.1 and 2 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings in C.C. No.915 of 2025 on the file of the VII Additional Judicial Magistrate of First Class Medchal, are hereby quashed against the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.1O,O0O/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad and Rs.5,00O/- (Rupees five J thousand ,rnly) to the Telangana High Court Advocates Association, Hyderabad, by the petitioner, on or before St.|Z.ZOZS.
