I-earned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the - pendency of the present Criminal Pctition, zrt the instance of the well wishers, rclativcs and elders, the parties have settled the disputcs pending be tween them and entercd into corrplontise and filed Joint Mcmo. Accordingly, the parties havc filed I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 see king permission to compromise the matter and to record the compromisc respectively.

This Court uide order, dated 08. \2.202.5, directed the parties i.e ., the petitioner and rcspondent No.2, to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, I{yderabad, on or before 16.12.2025 for their idcntihcation. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary, Fligh Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted a report, dated
15.12.2025, stating that the petitioner and respondent No.2 were duly idcntified rvith copies of their Aadhar Cards. It is further stated that the parties have rvillfully and without any coercion entered into compromisc.

In vierv of the said rcport and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respectivc parties, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings in Crime No. 1373 of 2025 of Vanasthalipuram Police Station, Rachakonda, are hereby quashed against the petitioner. J

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs.S,OOO/- (Rupees live thousand only) to the High Court Legai Services Committee, Hyderabad, and Rs.5,000/- (Rupees live thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates' Association, Hyderabad, by the petitioner, on or before 31.12.2025. 7 .
