3. pendenc:y of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well wishers. relatives and eldcrs, the parties have settled the disputes pending between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have filed IA.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 seeking permission to compromisc the matter and to record the comprornise re spec tivelY.
4. This Court uide order, dated 09.12.2025, directed the parties i.e., the petitioner and respondent No.2, to appear before the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on or before 16.12.2025 for thei:' identification. In compliance of the said order, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submitted a report, dated t7.I2.2O25, stating that the petitioner and respondent No.2 were duly identifit:d with copies of their Aadhar Cards. It is further stated that the pa::ties have willfully and without any coercion entered into compromisc.

In view of the said report and also in vibw of the compromise entered between the petitioner and respondent No.2 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are allowed.. Consequently, the proceedings in C.C.No.36 of 2025 on the lite of the XVI Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate at Nampally, Hyderabad, are hereby quashed against the petitioner. 2. It is submitted that the incident dated 30-03-2025 arose out of a minor misunderstanding and momentary quarrel, which occurred due to miscommunication and emotional outburst between friends. However, a Police Case is registered i.e., FiR No.39 of 2025 in shahalibe nda porice station, Hyderabad. Thereafter a chaigesheet was filed by tlre police i.e., c.c.No.36 of z0z5 on the file of xvl Addl. chief Judicial Magistrate, Nampaily criminar Courts, Hyderabad. 3. It i:; submitted that there was absorutery no intention on part of either the Petitioner or the Respondent No.2 to cause any harm, and the incident was immediatery regretted by both parties. 4. It i:; submitted that with the intervention of elders, well-wishers ' amicably s:ettled their dispute. They have understood that the issue was trivial, m.mentary and does not deserve continuation of criminal prosecutior. 5. The petitioner/complainant has voruntariry and wiilingty agreed to compromise the matter and has fitecl an affidavit stating that he has no objection for quashing the criminar proceedings in c.c.No.36rof zoz5 pending before the court of the Hon,bre xvl Addr. chief rudiciar Magistrate, Nampaily criminar courts, Hyderabad. The Respondent No.2 is ready to appear before this Hon,bre court to confirm the compromisrl, and prays that the matter may be closed in view of the settlement 'eached between the parties.
