Accordingly, the parties have filed I.A.Nos 2 and 3 of 2025 seeking permission to compound the offences ll rd to record the compromisc rcspectivelY,

This Court uide order, datecl 1O. 12.2C25, di ected the parties i.c., the peti'.ioner and respoudent No.2, to appe,l bcfore the High Court Icgal Services Committee, Hyderabad, on or refore 16.12..2025 for their identification. In compliance of the said o -, .er, the Secretary, High Court Legal Services Committee, has submit-, d a report, dated

15.12.2025, stating that the petitioncr and iesponct nt No.2 were duly identif-red. It is further stated that the parties lave willfully and without any coercion entered into compromise.

In view of the said report and also in vieu' c the comprornise entered between thc petitioner and respondent Nc 2 as well as the submissions made by the respectivc parties, I.A.No .2 and 3 of 2025 are allowed. Consequently, the proceedings in S.C I o.411 of 2025 on the fite of the VI Additionat District and Sessions,l rdge, Rangareddy District at Kukatpally, are hereby quashed against tt e petilioner. 3

Accordingly, the Criminal petition is allowed, subject to payment of costs of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Committee, Hyderabad, and Rs.S,OOO/_ (Rupees five thousand only) to the Telangana High Court Advocates, Association, Hyderabad, by the petitioner, on or before 37.72.2025.
