Learned counsel for the petitioner would. submit that the petitioner is the absolute owner and possessor of the subject land having purchased the same through two registered sale deeds bearing document Nos. LLT3 and LLZ6 of 2o2s, both dated 3L.o7.2o25. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that, in order to avoid unnecessary complications with the neighbouring land owners, the petitioner filed an application before the respondents for demarcation and fixing of the boundaries by paylng necessary... amount uide challan, dated L6.o8.2o25. It is stated that, acting on the said F-Line application, respondent No.5 had issued notices in File No.Al/L5612025, dated 28.08.2025 fixing the date of survey of the subject land on o3.og.2o2s but the survey was not conducted on that day and again another notice, dated 3 EW,J Wp_37419 2025 O8.I1.2O25 was issued stating that the survey is scheduled to be conducted on 15.11.2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that, even though notices were issued, the respondent authorities did not conduct survey or demarcate the subject land. Therefore, he prays this Court to pass appropriate orders.
4. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents would submit that, survey notices were already issued and since the latest survey notice, dated 08.11.2025 was issued to conduct the survey on
15.LL.2025 has become infructuous, the present writ petition is Iiled on 04.12 ?O25- He would further submit that the respondent authorities would take further action in due course , of time.

Having heard the learned counSel for the respective parties and on penrsal of the material on f6cord, since respondent No.S has not conducted the survey pursuant to the notice, dated O8.1L.2O25, this Court, without expressing any opinion on merits and demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition directing respondent No.S to take appropriate action on the application made by the \ 4 EW, J wp_)7419 2O2s petitioner for conducting survey and demarcation of the subject tand in consonance with law by issuing notices to all the stakeholders and after considering their objections, shall conduct survey of the subject land, as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
6. With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
