2. Heard Sri A.Bhuvanasunder Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Services-[Il for respondents.. With their consent, this Writ Petition is taken up for disposal at the admission stage itself. 2

The learned counsel for the petitioner srrrbmits that the petitioner vlas retired from service on 3L.5:2O24 on attaining the age of superannuation as Senior Accountant in the office of Pension Payment Office, Secunderabad. Thereafter, he made a representatron to the respondents on I8.7.2025 to process and issue necessary orders regarding his pensiona4r benefits. At that juncture, respondents have orally informed the pe(itioner that due to pendency ol writ Petition No.43697 of 2ol8 before this court, his pension car:.not be processed. Petitioner further submits that the said writ pr:tition was allowed by this Court on 2.4.2025, setting aside the irr:pugned order therein. Therefore, petitioner submitted another representation to the respondents on 17.7O.2025, requesting to process emd settle his pensionary benefits, however, so far no action has been taken. Therefore, petitioner seeks indulgence of this Court to direct the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.1O.2O25 and release the pensiorl".y benefits of the petitionet', by duly taking into consideration the order passed by this court in w.P.No.436g7 of 2018 dated 2.4.2025 within a stipulated pe::iod of time 3

4. The learned Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the respond.ents will consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.1O.2025, as per law'

Having regard to the submissions by the respective parties and without going into merits of the matter, the writ petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 17.LO.2O25 and pass appropriate orders thereon by duly taking into consideration the. order passed by this Court in W.P.No.4369T of 2O1B dated 2.4.2025 and release the pensionary benefits of the petitioner, in accord'ance with law, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
