The petitioner was issued Occupancy Rights Certificate under the A.P. (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955 in respect of Ac.0.36 guntas of land in Survey No.100/1 of Thondupally Village, Shamshabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District by the Revenue Divisional Officer, Chevella Division, 2nd respondent herein through proceedings dated 26.11.2011. On the basis of that, the petitioner submitted an application the Tahsildar, Shamshabad Mandal, 3rd respondent herein in Form-6A of the A.P. Rights in before Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act with a request to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds and to enter to his name in the revenue records vis-à-vis the said land. The 3rd 10.07.2012 to the Village Revenue Officer, Thondupally issued memo, dated respondent Village directing that the name of the petitioner be entered in the revenue records. However, the 3rd respondent did not issue pattadar pass books and title deeds. The petitioner prays for a direction this regard.
Heard Sri Suresh Shiv Sagar, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue. The application submitted by the petitioner was not only for making entries in the revenue records but also for issuing pattadar pass books and title deeds. Though the 3rd respondent directed the entry of the name of the petitioner in the revenue records, he did not issue pattdar pass books and title deeds. Without such documents, the petitioner would not be in a position to enjoy the property effectively. Therefore, the writ petition is disposed of directing the 3rd respondent to issue pattadar pass books and title deeds to the petitioner in respect of the land, after due verification, within a period of six weeks from today, after issuing notice to the effected parties, if any. The miscellaneous petition filed in this writ petition also stands disposed of.
