18.09.2025, seeking for rectification of the nature of the subject land in Sy.No.124/J admeasuring Acs.2.O0 guntds out of total extent of Acs.5.00 guntas situated at Gopanapa-lly Village, Serilingampally Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, from "assigned land" to "patta land" and not removing the said land from the list of prohibited properties and not effecting mutation and correction of revenue entries as well as Bhu Bharati Portal, as arbitrary, illegal, unjust, contrary to the revenue records and violative of Articles 14, *+!i a- \ \l \ 2 EVV, J Wp 37344 2O25 27 arrd 3OO-A of the Constitution of India a r J consequently, prayed for other appropriate reliefs 2 Heard Sri trslavath Raju, learned counsel f r the petitioner and Sri K.Mahesh, learned Assistant Governrr rnt pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with t,r )ir consent, this Writ Petition is being taken up for disposal at the e r mission stage.

Learned counsel for the petitioner would s jbnlit that the petitioner is the absolute owner of land admeas rring Acs.2.OO guntas, Sy.No. 124/.5 situated at Gopan I rally Village, Serilingampaily Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, hiL. ing purchased the same through registered sale deed bearing do<r ment No.6790 of 1983, dated 08.09. 1983 and since then she has t:en cultivating the said land and has been in peaceful possession .nd enjoyment of the same. Learned counsel for the petitioncr would submit that, during the lald updation program, as the srL r.;ect land was shown ,as "assigned land" in Dharani portal, the pe _ -ioner made a representation before respondent No.S, who in ttur addressed a letter bearing No.B/456/201g, dated 05.03.202t I I respondent No.3 stating that, as per the pahanies for the years M4_SS, 1969_ 70, t97 I-72, 1976_77, t982-83, 1985_86, 1989. )o, ).993_94, t999-2000, 2005_2006. 2OO8-2OO9 and 2O|2-2OI3 the subject l 3 EVV. J Wp 37344-2025 land was recorded as "Patta Land" which is also confirmed, recorded and recognized the sale transaction that took place in respect of the subject land. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that, in spite of the said letter, respondent No.3 did not ta-ke any action. Therefore, the petitioner made online Bhu Bharati Application bearing No.25OO128393, dated
13.O9.2025, seeking rectification of the records and correction of the nature of the land from "assigned land" to "patta land" and for consequential mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook followed by a representation, dated 18.09.2025. The grievance of the petitioner is that, even a-fter receipt of the said online application, dated 13.O9.2025 and the representation, dated
18.O9.2025, the respondent authorities did not consider the same.

Sri K.Mahesh, learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents has not disputed the submission of the online application and it is "t.ild application submitted by the petitioner fullils all the requirements th.t, it th. under law, the respondent authorities would consider the same.

In rriew of the above submissions, this Court, without going into merits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose of the writ petition directing the respondent authorities to conduct enquiry on I 4 EW, J Wp 37341-2025 .- \ the petitioner's application uid_e application No.2: ( 012g393, dated 13.O9.2025 by issuing notice to all the stakeholde.s and affording an opportunity of hearing to them and if the petitjc 1er,s applcation fulfils all the requirements under the provisions t-the Telangana Bhu Bharati (Record of Rights in Land) Act, 2O2!,. shall consider the same ancl pass a reasoned order strictly in acc,r dance with law and communicate the decision to the petitioner as t xpeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of two (02) nr rnths from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6 Accordingly, this Writ petition is disposed ol l.here shall be no order as to costs 7 Miscellaneous petitions, if any pending in this Wdt petition, shall stand closed //TRUE COPY// SD/- C.
