Heard Sri Srinivas Velagapudi, learnod counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.Mahesh, learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents and with their consent, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the
3. petitioner has made several online applications seeking to mutate the name of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Acs.7.O0 guntas in Sy.No.75/AA/ 10; Ac.1.20 guntas in Sy.No.75l AAlTA ll I lll, Ac'0'20 guntas in Sy.No.75l AAlg l I, Ac.O.13 guntas in Sy'No'7S/AA/ 10 and Ac.0.14 guntas in Sy.No.75IA l11of Rudraramvillage, shabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District by paying requisite fee. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that, basing on the said applications online slot bookings were fixed seeking the presence of the parties on 17.03.2O2I. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the said applications were respondent No.4 excePt neither accePted nor rejected bY dodging the matter- Therefore, the petitioner made a c ! 3 EVV, J Wp_37339_2025 representation, dated 26.06.2025 before respondent No.3 expressing his grievance. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that, even after receipt of the said representation also, no actio;r is taken by the petitioner. Hence, having no other option, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the petitioner frled the present writ petition after a lapse of four years and has not agitated the action of the respondent authorities at the earliest point of time. He would, however, submit that the official respondents, after conducting thorough enquiry on the applications submitted by the petitioner, would communicate the decision taken by respondent No.4, as expeditiously as possible.

Having considered the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and on perusal aqd examination of the material on record would disclose that the petitioner has already submitted online application seeking for mutation of his name and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook and slots have already been lixed in the year 2021 and thereafter, there is no communication to , I 4 EW, J Wp_37339_2025 the petitioner on the status of the his applications. Under the above circumstances and since no communication to that effect is given by respondent No.4, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition, directing respondent No.4 to communicate the decision taken on the applications submitted by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
