The learned Assistant Government Plearder for Higher Education appearing on behalf of the respondent No.1, learned standing counsel for TGCHE appearirrg on behalf of the respondent No.2 and learned standing counsel for Osmania University appearing on behalf of the respondent Nos.3 to 7 do not dispute the said submission made by the sen ror designated counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner. Taking into consideration the fact as borne on record that under similar circumstances, this Court disposed of W.P.No.35183 of 2O25 vide its order, dated 1g.11.2025 and had passed orders in favour of the petitioner thereunder and, the present writ petition is atso disposed of in terms of the order of this Court, dated 1g.11.2025 passed in W.P.No.35183 of 2(J25. The oetitioner aooroached the Court seekino amended praver as rtnder; "...to issue a Writ, order or direction more particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the respondent No. 3 in non allotting the seat in Post Graduate Degree in Law-Education (Master of Laws/ Legum Magister) for 2 years course for academic year 2025-26 in spite of having merit and qualification and secured the rank 403 with in zone of consideration in pursuance with detailed notiFication released by Respondent No.3 is an ex facie illegal, arbitrary, discrimination, unfair, unreasonable, unconstitutional and violation of principles of natural justice under articles 14,2L,2IA of Constitution of India and in 2 SN, J violation of rules in notification and in violati()r against catena of Judgments of Honble Courts and set erside the same of Spot Admission Guidelines and pass.. .' T eca !s---pcI--!he averments made bv th oetitioner in the affidavit filed bv e the oetitioner in suooort of the oresent Writ pr1!Glq4j5__a5 u nder: - It is the specific case of the petitioner that ttte petitioner had applied for entrance exam in the stream of L _1,'l through TG PG LAWCET-2025 and had attended the entranc,l exam with Hall Ticket bearing No.32532110393 and had secured a Rank of 403 in the stream of LLM in TG pG LAWCET-2025. It is further the case of the petitioner that as per the information available on the website, the LLM certificate verification was scheduled to commence from 25.08.1025 for the academic year 2025-26, but however, the same had been postponed by the respondent University due to certain internal reasons and the petitioner had checked the univers ity website regularly till Diwali and thereafter, the petitioner fell sicl< and was unable to check the website for a few days and 'rvhen the petitioner had checked website again the registra.ions were closed for online certificate veriFication, but the petitio rr:r did not I l SN, J receive any SMS alerts or any prior intimation contrary to the notification which indicated certain specific dates in the admission process, and the petitioner therbafter opted for second phase counseling, choosing only respondent Nos.5 & 6 colleges, but the petitioner however could not secure a seat in the LLM admission for the academic year 2025-26 and therefore, the petitioner requested respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein to verify the LLM seats by duly examining the admission status of the students who reported after completing the joining formalities in accordance to the rules after the 1tt and 2nd phase counseling and to consider the request of the petitioner for admission in the stream of LLM through TS PG LAWCET-2025 in the vacant LLM seats under the spot admission category as per the spot admission guidelines uploaded on the website. However, though the representation of the petitioner, dated 13.LL.2025 had been acknowledged by the respondent Nos.1 to 3 herein, no action had been initiated on the said request of the petitioner, dated 13.11.2025 till as on date. Aggrieved by the same, the petitioner approached the Court by filing the present writ petition. IT 4 SN, J

13.11.2025 addressed to the res Dondent the oetitio ner, dated l{os.1 to 3 herein is extracted hereunder:- I submit that I had applied for entrance €xam stream of L.LM into TS PGLAWCET -2025 and I attended entrance exam with hall ticket bearing 32532110393 and I have secured a rank of .103 in stream of LLM into TS PGLAWCET -2025. no: I respectfully further submit that I had seen ir the news paper advertisement given by Convenor, TCLawcet/ TG PGLCET -2025 Admn. Dated 26-07-2025 and tl-e same was uploaded in the website and the information mentioned like for LL. M certification verification will be comrnence from 25-08-2025 for the academic year 2025-2026. However, it was postponed due to internal reasons ofTS PCLCET-2025, Osmania U niversity. I respectfully further submit that I have beerr checked website till before Diwali and after that I was sir:k unable to check website for some days. In mean tim: First web counselling registrations completed that the information not informed by SMS Alerts for resuming LL. Fl admission process as it was advertised dates earliest and halted hopefully with internal reasons. I had registered for 2nd phase counselling and I opted only for O.U. Campus & P.G. College of Law due to less seats availability, I did not secured seat what I lrad chosen stream selection seat in the LL.M Admission for 2:025-26. I have much enthusiastic admit into Ll...l\4 about University/Campus/Govt. Institutions for highe- education in law, Self Finance(Evening).
