Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner has made several online applications seeking to mutate the name of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Ac.O.26 guntas, Ac.O.26 guntas; Ac.0.17 guntas and Ac.0.11 guntas in Sy.Nos.75l 17, 75l17lL; 75lAAI7 and Acs.2.30 guntas in Sy.No.75/aal9/2 of Rudraram Village, Shabad Mandal, Ranga Reddy District by paying requisite fee. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that, basing on the said applications online slot bookings were fixed seeking the presence of the parties on O6.O3.2O2L. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the said applications were neither accepted nor rejected by respondent No.4 except dodging the matter. Therefore, the petitioner made ) I I 3 EW, J Wp_37353_2025 a representation, dated 26.06.2025 before respondent No.3 expressing her grievance. Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that, even after receipt of the said representation also, no action is taken by the petitioner. Hence, having no other option, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government pleader for Revenue would submit that the petitioner filed the present writ petition after a lapse of four years and has not agitated the action of the respondent authorities at the earliest point of time. He would, however, submit that the official respondents, after conducting thorough enquiry on the applications submitted by the petitioner, would communicate the decision taken by respondent No.4, as expeditiously as possible.

Having considered the learned counsel for the petitioner perusal and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and on . and examination of the material on record would disclose that the petitioner has already submitted online application seeking for mutation of her name and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook and slots have already been fixed in the year 2021 and thereafter, there is no communication to \ \ I I : I i _1 ,i; '1 i! u 4 EVV, J Wp_37353 2025 t, .'i,r \^ the petitioner on the status of the his applications. Under the above circumstances and since no communication to that effect is given by respondent No.4, this Court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition, directing respondent No.4 to communicate the decision taken on the applications submitted by the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible, preferably, within a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 6- With the above observations, this Writ Petition is disposed of.
