Heard Sri SriniVas Velagapudi' petit.ioner and Sri K'Mahesh' learned Assistant Gc'rvernment Plearler for Revenue aPpearlng for the resPondents anci with their consenr, this writ petition is being taken up for disposal at the admission stage' Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the 3. petitioner has made several online applications seeking to mutate the name of the petitioner in respect of the land admeasuring Ac'1'20 guntas in Sy'No'75/AAl12ll; Ac'0'23 guntas in Sy'No'75/ AAI 12l I and Ac' 1' 12 guntas in Sy.No.75/ AAI 12l2 of Rudraram Village' Shabad Mandal' Ranga Reddy District by paying requisite [ee' Learned counsel for the pet.itioner would further submit that' basing on the said applications,onlineslotbookingwasfixedseekingthepresence of the parties on 03'03 '2Oll at 11:00 a'm'; 08'03'2021 at 5:30 p.m. and 31.07'2O2L aL 12:30 p'm' Learned counsel for the petitioner would further submit that the said applications were rejected by respondent No'4 except neither accePted nor Therefore, the Petitioner made a dodging the matter' 26.06.2025 before respondent No'3 Learnecl counsel for the petitioner representation, dated expressing his grievance 3 E\,'V, J Wp_37337_2025 would further submit that, even after receipt of the said representation also, no action is taken by the petitioner- Hence, having no other option, the petitioner has approached this Court seeking appropriate orders.

Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue would submit that the petitioner filed the present r,vrit petition after a lapse of four years and has not agitated the action of the respondent authorities at the earliest point of time. He would, however, submit that the official respondents, after conducting thorough enquiry on the applications submitted by the petitioner, would communicate the decision taken by respondent No.4, as expeditiously as possible.

Having considered the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue and on perusal and examination of the material on record would disclose that the petitioner has already submitted online application seeking for mutation of his name and consequential issuance of pattadar passbook and slots have already been fixed in the year 2021 and thereafter, there is no communication to the petitioner on the status of the his applications. Under the above circumstances and since no communication to that effect -1 H\'\'. J 101i \\'n lfli" is given by respondent No-4, this court deems it appropriate to dispose of this writ petition, directing respondent No.4 to 'communicate the decision taken on the applications submitted by the petitioner, as expeditiousry as possible, preflerabry, n,ithin a period of 30 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
