3. Learned counsel lor the petitioner r,r<rr L I submit that, pursuant to the F-Line application, dated 2g. Il.2O24 fited by the petitioner, a notice was issued uide Ftle lo.B I Sur / 2024 directing the petitroner zrnd other adjacent lan, ou,ners to be present on 21.12.2024 at 1l:O0 a.m. along u,,itl tll the relevant documents and in their presence, the surver r as conducted. Learned counsel for the petitioner u.ould furthr.r ubmit that, as the respondents did not furnish the survey rep(rrl th(. petitioner made a representation, dated 12.ll.2O2S, requcs ing to furnish the survey report. The grievance of the petitionr - is that, even after receipt of the said representation, (r I respondent authorities did not consider the same.

4. Sri K. Mahesh, learned Assistant Governrn : rt pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents, has not disputed the submission of the online application and it is st tted that the petitioner has recently filed an apptication bek r I respondent .2 7 3 EVV. J wp 37369 2025 No.2 i.e. on 12.11.2O25 and the petitioner has rushed to this Court at a premature stage. He would further submit that sufficient time may be given to facilitate the respondents to communicate the action taken on the representation made by the petitioner after due enquiry.

Having heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Iearned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue, this Court, without making any observations on the merits ald demerits of the case, deems it appropriate to dispose o[ this writ petition directing respondent No.2 to examine the petitioner's representation, dated 12.11.2025, consider the same and pass a reasoned order strictly in accordance with law and communicate the decision to Lhe petitioner as expeditiously as possible.

6. Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs
