This Criminal Petition has been filed by the petitioner/accused seeking to quash the proceedings in C.C. No.88 I of 2022 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-cum-Junior Civil Judge, Nalgonda.

2. Heard Mr.P.Rohith Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr.N.Srikanth Reddy, learned counsel for respondent Nos.2 and 3, and Mr.Jithender Rao Veeramalla, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, appearing on behalf of respondent No.1-State.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that during the pendency of the present Criminal Petition, at the instance of the well wishers, relatives and elders, the parties have settled the disputes 2 pending between them and entered into compromise and filed Joint Memo. Accordingly, the parties have liled I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2o2s seeking permission to compound the offences and to record the compromise respectively.

4. This court uide orders, dated os.r2.2o2s and lg.l2.2o2s, directed the parties i.e., the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 and 3, to appear before the High court Legal services committee, Hyderabad. In compliance of the said orders, the secretary, High court Legal Services committee, has submitted reports, dated 11.r2.2o25 and

22.12.2025, stating that the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 and 3 were duly identified with copies of their Aadhar Cards. It is further stated that the parties have willfully and without ahy coercion entered into compromise.

In view of the said report and also in view of the compromise entered between the petitioner and respondent Nos.2 and 3 as well as the submissions made by the respective parties, I.A.Nos.3 and 4 of 2025 are alloived. consequently, the proceedings in c.c. No.gg1 of 2022 on the file of the Judicial First Class Magistrate-cum-Junior Civil Judge, Nalgonda, are hereby quashed against the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the criminal Petition is allowed, subiect to payment of costs of Rs.1o,oo0/- (Rupees ten thousand only) to the High court Legal Services committee, Hyderabad, and Rs.1o,oo0/- (Rupees ten / J thousand only) to the Telangana High court Advocates' Association, Hyderabad, by the petitioner, on or before 09'01 '2026' Miscellaneous applications, pending if any, shall stand closed.
